I was very pleased indeed with the shoes - I have plantar fasciitis and these are really comfortable - and they look a lot better than they do in the pictures. Not sure how good they are for toning up - I guess you would have to wear them every day for that, but they are certainly good for holidays and summer walks. I was delighted with the delivery service, too - they arrived the very next day.

I would consider myself very fit and I found these sandals BRILLIANT!. I was very sceptical at first, but have been wearing them constantly for 4 days now and I have a job where I am always on the go. I can really feel the difference in my legs and bum. I also have a problem with my achilles and I honestly thought that I was cured as had no pain or discomfort when walking sadly thats not the case!!. Also unlike conventional toe posts your toes are not grabbing the sole to keep them on.
However the one downside is like other reviwers I find the toe post quite uncomfortable, I am a regular of toe post sandals and dont normally have any problems with them but between my toes are sore and red. However in saying that I am going to still wear them as the good outweighs the bad.
