Cannot fault this product or service. Once order was placed I was kept up to date via e mail regarding the progress of my order. Delivery date given, and then a time of a specific hour - amazing!!! Option to alter time also given. Product fits perfectly, and they are soooooooooo comfortable. On my feet all day and they feel amazing. Get these boots - you won't regret it. And I've had loads of compliments too!

I bought these for my 13 yr old daughter. I cannot fault the delivery service, they arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality however leaves a lot to be desired. They feel "plasticky" and one of the rivets tore through the material within 10 minutes of her wearing them. Having destroyed all the packaging etc as they fit and she liked them I haven't attempted to return them so feel it is unfair to comment on that side of the order. Guess I shall just put it down to experience and keep the packaging a little longer.

I ordered them and about a month after i got them to zips came off and i cant zip the boots up and due to the refund policy i cant get my money back.
