I bought a pair of these after suffering debilitating heel pain for 9 months. I had tried everything, icing the foot, expensive inserts, rest, massage but no improvement. From the first day of wearing them comfort was improved and is very much reduced. I can feel my foot getting better...
I will buy more for my family as they make walking more pleasurable even if your foot is not injured in some way. It's a shame they are so expensive though when they cost far less in the USA and Asia!! However, I have a friend who has worn hers for eight years and they are still going strong!
