These 4mm heel pads are ideal for walking, jogging, basketball, football, tennis, and indoor sports. NOENE® shock absorbing material, with adhesive tape. They suit any shoe type (sports or city), and are available in UK sizes 3 - 11. Simply fit them into the heel area of your shoes. They are intended for individual use and may be cleaned when necessary using warm water and mild soap (dry away from heat source) and replace adhesive. Avoid contact with injured skin.
